On April 23, 2016, the Department of Canadian Heritage launched the first phase of a consultation process on Canadian Content in a Digital World<http://canada.pch.gc.ca/eng/1460573328032>.

This pre-consultation phase is designed to get feedback on issues of importance to Canadians surrounding the creation, discovery and export of Canadian content in a digital world.
