The 2013 Malcolm Bowie Prize
Dr. Christopher Churchill was awarded the 2013 Malcolm Bowie Prize in French Studies for his article "The Unlikely Barrèsian Inheritance of Albert Camus" published in the JCHA in 2013. This prize is awarded to the best article in French studies published in 2013.
The article was published in issue vol. 23.2 of the Journal of the Canadian Historical Association in 2013.
Congratulations to Dr. Churchill and the JCHA for continuing to publish exceptional article-length works of original historical scholarship in all fields of history, in French and in English - representing all approaches to the discipline, that are presented at the CHA Annual Meeting.
